At Sierra1 Creations, every item is custom made to order. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our laser engraved hats and products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: sierra1creations@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Photos of the item

A brief description of the problem

Eligible issues include:

Wrong item received

Damaged item during shipping

Manufacturing defect

Because all products are custom made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

Custom or personalized orders

Minor variations caused by handmade production
